Bautizado recientemente como el primer “banco malo” de Chipre, Hellenic Bank, se ha ganado a pulso este deshonroso epíteto, al enfrentar fallas severas en cuanto al servicio al cliente, debido a la vulnerabilidad de sus procesos en la transferencia de fondos y una actitud poco profesional e ignorante por parte de los oficiales bancarios cuando se les requiere de información por las vías conducentes.

Este banco de inversión presidido por Santiago Eguidazu, ha hecho caso omiso de las numerosas quejas de sus clientes, sobre múltiples transferencias de dinero realizadas en un lapso de tiempo y que nunca se reflejaron en sus cuentas. Los inversionistas han sido víctimas de las acciones irresponsables de los oficiales bancarios de la entidad chipriota, específicamente de los bufones con carnet, Panayiotis Pantziaros, Demetra Demetriou y Christos Ioannou.

Luego de varios intentos de contactar a los oficiales bancarios, para consultar sobre los fondos “esfumados” por el banco, estos solamente fingieron demencia, con la consecuente pérdida de tiempo y dinero, siempre actuando bajo engaños, sin dar ningún tipo de respuesta o solución a los clientes, acrecentando su desesperación por la desaparición de sus capitales.

La única e irresponsable justificación de estos malos empleados bancarios, ha sido que dichos fondos fueron retenidos por el banco chipriota, debido a que hacía falta documentación que acreditara que fueron transferidos a la cuenta, aún y cuando esos documentos ya estaban en posesión del banco que los había solicitado con anticipación.

Panayiotis Pantziaros, Demetra Demetriou y Christos Ioannou, alargaron el proceso de revisión por varias semanas, sin dar información a los clientes por la tan prolongada espera. Tiempo en el cual este trío de mafiosos ignoró los numerosos emails, así como llamadas telefónicas hechas por los afectados que exigen una explicación a la dolosa medida.

Como una burla han calificado el hecho de que continúen enviando emails al banco sin recibir ninguna respuesta de los empleados que se esconden como verdaderos delincuentes ante los legítimos reclamos, poniendo por los solos la marca que se ufana de tener un prestigio y un crecimiento constante, desde que fue creada hace 43 años, cuando lo único que los ha caracterizado es un deficiente servicio que tarde o temprano ocasionará la fuga de inversores.

Lamentablemente Hellenic Bank no garantiza claridad y transparencia en los procesos y requerimientos de documentos para generar expedientes, dejando tan delicada responsabilidad a las frías máquinas, en lugar de proporcionar un servicio afable y personalizado a los clientes, que por el contrario son ninguneados, sobajados y humillados, sin que se regularice su situación que ya se les ha ido de las manos.

Los estándares de los productos, procesos y servicios del Hellenic Bank de Chipre no son nada profesional y son cuestionados cada vez más desde que la entidad bancaria fue multada hace dos años por el Banco Central de Chipre por la cantidad de 1,145,000 euros, por omisiones, debilidades e incumplimiento de las leyes chipriotas en materia de lavado de dinero de los años 2007 a 2016. Ante tanta mala praxis, se avizora un futuro nada halagador para Hellenic Bank, que ya tuvo una pérdida de 63 millones de euros en 2016 y 45 millones en 2017 en esta isla mediterránea. Por algo será.

Recently baptized as the first ”bad bank” of Cyprus, the Hellenic Bank has earned this dishonorable label by revealing several flaws in the service offered to their clients. This is due to the vulnerability in the fund transfer process and the unprofessional and ignorant attitude shown by the bank officers when required to give information through the corresponding communication channels.

This investment bank, presided by Santiago Eguidazu, has ignored the numerous complaints of its clients regarding money transfers made during a certain period of time and that never appeared in their accounts. The investors have been victims of the bank officers’ irresponsible performance at this Cypriot entity, specifically from these licensed buffoons: Panayiotis Pantziaros, Demetra Demetriou and Christos Ioannou.

After several attempts to contact the bank officers to consult about their “vanished” funds, the officers just pretended not to be aware of the situation, resulting in a complete waste of time and money, always misleading and never providing any answers or solutions to the clients, pushing their desperation about the disappeared assets even further.

The one and only irresponsible excuse received from these bad bank employees was that the funds were being retained by the Cypriot bank due to lack of proper documentation to endorse the transfer to the accounts, even when such documentation had already been previously requested by the bank; they already had them in their possession.

Panayiotis Pantziaros, Demetra Demetriou and Christos Ioannou stalled the revision process for several weeks, without giving information to the clients during the long waiting time.During this time, these three ‘gangsters’ ignored numerous emails and phone calls from the affected clients who now demand an explanation to this intentional wrongdoing.

They mock the fact that emails continue to be sent to the bank and that the employees do not answer them back, hiding like proper delinquents from the legit complaints by carrying the banner of being prestigious and in constant growth, since it was created 43 years ago. When in fact, the only thing that has ever portrayed them is a poor service, which eventually will cause their investors to leave.

Sadly, the Hellenic Bank does not guarantee clarity and transparency in the process and requirement of documents when creating files. Moreover, they leave such delicate task to cold machines, when they should be providing a smooth and personalized service to the clients, instead of neglecting them, putting them down, or humiliating them, without rectifying their situation which is now out of hands.

The Hellenic Bank of Cyprus’ product and service standards are very unprofessional and increasingly questioned since the bank entity was fined by the Central Bank of Cyprus two years ago. The amount was 1,145,000 euros, due to omission, weaknesses and failure to comply with the Cypriot laws regarding money laundering in the years 2007 to 2016. In light of such malpractice, a future not at all flattering can be foreseen for the Hellenic Bank, which has already suffered a loss of 63 million euros in 2016 and 45 million euros in 2017, on this Mediterranean island.There must be a reason!
